Union bank launch its new logo on 01/09/2008 in an attempt to improve its brand image. The new logo is quite modern representing the bounding of bank with its customer. In its one page advertisement there is a statement ‘What hasn’t changed is our philosophy of services with warmth & understanding.’ In reality the bank doesn’t give people friendly services.
